In the 21st century world, people mostly behave with business-mentality without considering moral obligations in society. this behavioral change, service-market, particularly Medical-care service-market is appeared to be vulnerable. Because of supplying medical-care services, doctor or hospital receives capitation payments, fees-for-services, risk pool settlements, incentive payments other fees. However, today it probably most criticized profession world-economy country-wise such as Bangladesh. Sometimes doctors here are blamed for requiring unnecessary tests patients doctor’s own monetary gains. some cases, doctors’ efforts assumed connecting pharmaceutical-products promotion by writing lengthy prescriptions. Some group claims that spend less time each patient. All these interactions justify claiming a patient works when visits services. Here existence “asymmetric information” dominates market where takes advantages multi-faucets. It causes inefficiency creates negative economic externalities – deadweight loss. Improving medical education special emphasis on ethical aspects and soft skills communication considered important aim reduce magnitudes today’s dilemma service-market.
